If your Business savvy, do you have any advice??

My goal is to be on 5k a month by the end of the year. CURRENT CONTEXT: I´m 1.5 months in, I work with a developer to build AI solutions (I’m not technically the yet), I have a great product and a great offer for real estate agency´s with less than 10 man team (niche), I´m building my LinkedIn page by posting content. I’m trying to create leads by cold calling but I´m currently struggling to directly speak to decision makers. Any gaps in my strategy that you think I should attack to help me get to 5k month quicker?

Current plan is to physically go to small / local / family real estate company´s and pitch face to face
