Hey guys im building an agent and im struggling with ideal platform to build. If you have any quick advice please drop a comment or shoot me a quick message. I run a "Land a graduate job in 30 days" proramme where I use my sales skills and coaching to teach people sales strategies that can help them land jobs. Within my programme I offer access to my AI Agents to help with their journey. Which platform would you build the following automation? Augustus> 1. Scrapes the net for jobs that match a specific criteria (got this working already) 2. Further qualifies job accoring to graduates desired job with AI / qualifying 100-500 jobs down to 10-30 3. deep searching the web for the best contacts to get to the recruiters and recruiting managers. 4. whatsapp message every 3 days with "Hey I found these jobs i think youd love them try give this number a call its the hiring manager" My current challenge is getting AI to qualify the job titles and descriptions - ive been trying to batch feed open AI module on make but batching them up has been a really big headache i dont know how to do it (still quiet new to building)

@Dale Thomas Hey, dale you think it would appropriat to have 100s of jobs being qualified one by one, all individually? whats tripping me up is feeding my Open AI module on make with way too many jobs once, I wish i could create batches and have it qualify through batches (e.g 10 batches of 10 jobs)

Hey guys im currently doing outreach on LinkedIn, I understand that’s it’s a numbers game but i slightly tweaked my approach. Prioritising qualifying and building value before I get people booked. Just to make the sales call smoother and easier. do you guys think I killed the impulse?

@George Budwick She’s a director of a real estate Lettings agency and she wants to understand and see more about my AI Solution to admin challenges. The goal is to understand her systems and challenges to create value in my product and then present her my grand slam offer. The desired outcome is her paying a fee to guarantee herself the agent.

@George Budwick That makes so much sense! I was definitely being results (money) focused. So don’t look at closing the deal but look at closing her on getting more information from her so I can actually help her as much as possible, got you. I don’t understand what you mean by asking her about the sensitivity and privacy of the data?

If your Business savvy, do you have any advice??
My goal is to be on 5k a month by the end of the year. CURRENT CONTEXT: I´m 1.5 months in, I work with a developer to build AI solutions (I’m not technically the yet), I have a great product and a great offer for real estate agency´s with less than 10 man team (niche), I´m building my LinkedIn page by posting content. I’m trying to create leads by cold calling but I´m currently struggling to directly speak to decision makers. Any gaps in my strategy that you think I should attack to help me get to 5k month quicker? Current plan is to physically go to small / local / family real estate company´s and pitch face to face

@Don Weisman yeah your right i really appreciate man. i thought my product, offer + my skillset was good enough to start charging. but im better off creatin testimonials and referrals first.

@Jake Thomas I called her Alberta, she tracks tenants rent payments, flags late payments, chases up rent, updates google sheets. She send reports on tenants that are late, contracts needing renewals, maintenance issues, compliance documents needing renewals etc… pretty much 80% of admin
