I Have a Question
I’m trying to decide which automation service and niche to focus on first.
From my research, AI lead response / appointment booking systems seem to be in high demand because many businesses lose leads due to slow response times.
My goal is to land my first automation client quickly, then expand into more advanced systems later (like outbound lead generation or full sales pipelines).
For those already running AI automation agencies and people on their jouney to build one:
- Which niche did you find easiest to close your first client with?
- Do marketing agencies buy automation systems, or is it better to target industries like B2B tech & SaaS, home services, real estate?
- If you were starting again today in 2026, which niche would you target first?
