How would you build a missed call text back system for home service businesses?
Im building a missed call -> booked job system for HVAC businesses and curious how others are approaching this.
The idea: someone calls, no one picks up, an AI follows up instantly on WhatsApp/SMS, qualifies them, and gets them booked before they call the next guy on Google.
I've got something working with n8n + Claude + WhatsApp API but want to hear other approaches before I work around more on mine.
What's your stack? Any gotchas I should know about?
