How would you build a missed call text back system for home service businesses?
Im building a missed call -> booked job system for HVAC businesses and curious how others are approaching this. The idea: someone calls, no one picks up, an AI follows up instantly on WhatsApp/SMS, qualifies them, and gets them booked before they call the next guy on Google. I've got something working with n8n + Claude + WhatsApp API but want to hear other approaches before I work around more on mine. What's your stack? Any gotchas I should know about?

Ran into an issue while building this WhatsApp AI agent
I was trying to build a simple whatsapp ai agent but I keep running into the same error: Problem running workflow Bad request - please check your parameters Show Details WhatsApp Trigger: Invalid parameter I'm locally hosting n8n. My parameters look fine. I connected my trigger node to meta correctly so I don't get what's the issue. If someone ran into this before or knows how to navigate this, I would appreciate any help!

How do you handover a project if you’re using Claude code
How do you have the client host the code but still work on it yourself. I heard you can use GitHub in some way. I have an idea of how it works with n8n but I would like to know how it works if you use Claude code through an IDE like VS code

@Muhammad Khan what if the client doesn’t have anyone technical enough in their team to do these steps
I’ll Build Your Automations for Free
I’m looking to work closely with an agency owner and help build out automations. I got into the AI space a while ago so I haven't got a lot of experience, but I’ve been working with tools like n8n and Claude Code, and I’m focused on getting real-world reps fast. I'm also familiar with several other tools that business owners could make use of. I’m willing to work for free initially in exchange for experience and feedback. I'll work for as many hours as needed to get the results you need. If you need someone reliable to execute and learn quickly, DM me and we can get started ASAP.
How do you handle client credentials for automation workflows?
I’m building an automation system for home service businesses that handles missed calls, SMS follow-ups, AI conversations, and bookings. I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle client setup for multiple accounts. Specifically: - Each client will need a Twilio number, OpenAI access, and possibly Google Cloud credentials. - Should clients create and pay for their own accounts, or is it better for me to manage accounts and bill them for usage? - How do you securely handle API keys / OAuth tokens for multiple clients without mixing data or workflows? - What’s a scalable way to onboard new clients so each setup stays isolated and functional? I really want to understand what communication should take place between you and a client. Should you go on meetings with certain employees or the owner to set up certain things, etc. Would love to hear how others structure this kind of setup efficiently.

@Muhammad Khan ok got it. Do you have any advice on how to make the setup checklist? Also, is it better if they create an account (n8n, twilio etc) and share the details and then I set up everything alone or is it more professional for them to share their screen and walk them through it? I’m asking cause I may not be sure about every step of the process so setting stuff up alone would be more convenient.

@M J ok perfect. I haven’t done an onboarding checklist yet so do you have any advice on that? Also, do they make an n8n account too and I work from their account or do I somehow connect the workflows I make from my side to theirs. I’m new to this process so I’m not very familiar with the process
