How To get clients when starting out

I have been learning how to make agentic workflows and I now want to build inbound lead qualification and speed to lead systems for small to medium sized businesses. I am now unsure about how to get my first client. i will be doing this for free for my first few clients to prioritise experience and case studies.

I wanted to do cold email, but in order to automate a high volume, it cost too much upfront, as I basically have about £30 to spend right now. So i am considering cold calling, and also reaching out to about 20 people on Linkedin a day, and basically making custom Loom videos for each person and sending them that in Linkedin with my outreach message while also emailing them.

I am loking for some advice abouut how to obtain my first client. Could somebody help me with this?
