I shut down my previous company at 30k/pm to pursue this opportunity that we call AI.

I am looking for a few Senior/Junior AAA developers that have experience with low-no code tools that can deliver a number of services that my company offers.

My company builds and releases AI customer acquisition solutions for various niches that fit our service.

Why i’m hiring:

Lack of expertise

My area of expertise is getting money into the business, I am a marketer, and a sales guy. Building out AI solutions is not my forte, getting business through the door, is my ball game, i am hoping to find someone to help bridge the gap where i lack

Lack of time

If I was to learn how to build out these AI solutions, it would take at least 6 months for me to be even decent. On top of that I would need to market the business, sign the client, nurture the client, build out the solutions, get more business in, etc etc. I am looking to hit the ground running with this new model and get lots of new business fast. So i would need 100% of my time to be focused on growing the business

Job Qualifications

General Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing AI solutions for customer acquisition, lead generation, or similar business operations.
Strong knowledge of AI concepts including machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Voiceflow, AirAI, OutSystems, Make, Airtable, Zapier, etc.) for AI solution development.
Ability to integrate AI models with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other customer acquisition tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply AI to real-world business problems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.

Technical Qualifications (for Senior Role):

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and solution design, with a focus on customer acquisition, marketing, or sales.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Deep experience in implementing AI solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and tools.
Background in data analysis and working with large datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Experience in developing and deploying AI-based recommendation systems, lead scoring models, or chatbots for customer acquisition.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment.
Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels and techniques (e.g., A/B testing, customer segmentation, retargeting).

Technical Qualifications (for Junior Role):

1-3 years of experience in AI development, with familiarity with customer acquisition applications or marketing analytics.
Experience with at least one low-code/no-code tool/platform for building apps or automating workflows.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., regression models, clustering, classification).
Exposure to AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, or TensorFlow, with a focus on integrating these models into customer acquisition tools.
Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics).
Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Soft Skills:

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team with business stakeholders, designers, and product managers.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to drive projects forward.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt AI solutions for dynamic customer acquisition needs.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
