I am looking for a few Senior/Junior AAA developers that have experience with low-no code tools that can deliver a number of services that my company offers. My company builds and releases AI customer acquisition solutions for various niches that fit our service. Why i’m hiring: 1. Lack of expertise My area of expertise is getting money into the business, I am a marketer, and a sales guy. Building out AI solutions is not my forte, getting business through the door, is my ball game, i am hoping to find someone to help bridge the gap where i lack 1. Lack of time If I was to learn how to build out these AI solutions, it would take at least 6 months for me to be even decent. On top of that I would need to market the business, sign the client, nurture the client, build out the solutions, get more business in, etc etc. I am looking to hit the ground running with this new model and get lots of new business fast. Job Qualifications General Qualifications: - Proven experience in developing AI solutions for customer acquisition, lead generation, or similar business operations. - Strong knowledge of AI concepts including machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems. - Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Voiceflow, AirAI, OutSystems, Make, Airtable, Zapier, etc.) for AI solution development. - Ability to integrate AI models with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other customer acquisition tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply AI to real-world business problems. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
