Hiring: AI Developer / AI Automation Specialist (Temecula, CA)

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking for one or two talented AI developers / automation specialists who are local to the Temecula / Murrieta area to help build AI systems for a growing AI education and implementation company.

We’re building practical AI solutions for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals, with a focus on Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents, custom workflows, and business operating systems.

I’m looking for someone who:

Has experience with AI automation and agent workflows
Enjoys building practical business solutions, not just demos
Is comfortable with tools like Claude Code, Codex, MCPs, APIs, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms
Has some coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)
Likes solving interesting problems and learning quickly
Can occasionally meet in person around Temecula for planning sessions or workshops

This could start as contract or project-based work with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as we expand.
