I’m looking for someone who wants to join our team as a 1099 contractor and grow with us long term.

I’m based in California, but you can be located anywhere as long as you’re available to work within our California/Pacific Time schedule and meet project deadlines.

I bring in the clients and handle the business development side. I’m looking for someone who can take the client’s needs and handle the technical buildout, including:

• AI voice agents

• CRM workflows

• Lead follow-up systems

• Appointment-setting automations

• Text and email automations

• Customer service systems

• Integrations using GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, Vapi, Retell, and similar platforms

I’m not looking for someone who only wants a one-time project. I want someone reliable who is interested in becoming part of the team as we grow and bring in more clients.

You should be able to communicate clearly, meet deadlines, troubleshoot problems, and provide updates throughout each project.

This is a remote, project-based 1099 contractor position with the opportunity for consistent work.
