Hiring AI Agent Developer
Hey — I’m looking for a Developer who can create an AI receptionist + follow-up system specifically for HVAC companies, I need it to be built and standardized.
There are 2 main parts to this system:
1) Inbound Call Handling
When a customer calls and no one answers, the AI should:
- pick up instantly
- ask a few questions about the issue
- collect name, phone, and service details
- book the appointment directly into a calendar
- send a confirmation text
2) Outbound Lead Follow-Up
When a lead comes in (from a website form, Facebook ad, or missed call), the system should:
- automatically reach out via SMS or call within seconds
- ask qualifying questions
- follow up multiple times if they don’t respond
- book the appointment automatically once they engage
Key features I need:
- natural, human-like voice for calls
- SMS + voice integration
- ability to handle common HVAC scenarios (AC repair, installs, emergency calls)
- calendar integration (Google Calendar or CRM)
- lead tracking (so nothing falls through the cracks)
This needs to be a repeatable system that we can deploy for multiple HVAC clients, so it should be clean, reliable, and easy to duplicate.
The goal is simple:
No missed calls, and no uncontacted leads.
For this build, I’d like you to:
1. Outline how you would build this system (tech stack + flow)
2. Give a fixed price or range to complete the first working version
3. Provide a realistic timeline to completion
If this goes well, this will turn into ongoing work as we deploy this system for multiple clients.
