We're Built by Praxis. We run paid media, funnels, and automation for thought leaders and creators scaling live events. Breathwork, men's work, coaching, personal development.

Our clients live inside GHL. Funnels, nurture sequences, booking flows, post-event follow-up, all of it runs there. We need one person who owns the build layer and keeps it clean.

This is an execution role. You take a spec sheet and build the thing. Workflows, sequences, tags, custom fields, pipelines, bot configs, funnels. You're not writing the copy and you're not running the strategy. You build it, you QA it, and it launches without breaking.

Who this is for:

You know GHL cold. Not "I've clicked around in it," but "hand me the spec and it's done right the first time."
You catch the broken trigger before it goes live.
You communicate clearly and manage yourself in a remote, async team.

The bar:

2+ years hands-on in GHL, building full workflows, sequences, and bots from a spec
Comfortable wiring GHL to Zapier or Make
Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Monday.com is a plus
US business hours availability, reachable on Slack same day

The bonus that moves you to the front: setting up Meta ad campaigns in Ads Manager. Setup only, no copywriting. If you have it, you're prioritized, you're paid at the higher end, and we'll test it. Right now we run ads on Meta only.
