  • Automate Welcome and Onboarding Emails: As soon as a payment is processed through Stripe, clients receive an instant thank-you email followed by a detailed onboarding email.
  • Use Make.com: I created an automation workflow that integrates Stripe, Gmail, and ClickUp.
  • Add Project Tracking in ClickUp: Automatically create a new task for the client in ClickUp, complete with their details and deadlines, so your team stays on track.
This setup not only reassures clients immediately after payment but also organizes onboarding steps seamlessly.
