Help with voice agent repeat of ph #

I have my Ai Receptionist build finally. It took about a week to get it to the point it now takes the call, gathers details, checks my calendar and sets an appointment. The issue I am struggling with right now is the repeating of the phone number. It’s repeating it back as numbers not as a phone number. Can anyone shed some light as to why this is happening?
