Help: WhatsApp Chatbot with n8n – Webhook Setup Stuck
Hey everyone!
I'm building a WhatsApp chatbot using n8n and need help with the webhook setup.
Goal:
- Trigger n8n workflow automatically when someone messages my WhatsApp
- Use Webhook trigger + Meta WhatsApp Business API
Problem:
I'm stuck after creating the webhook in n8n:
- Created Webhook node (POST method)
- Copied the webhook URL
- Confused about next steps in Meta Developer Dashboard
Need Help With:
- Exact steps to paste n8n webhook URL in Meta Dashboard
- How to verify webhook and subscribe to "messages" event
- Verify Token setup – where and how to configure it?
What's the easiest method for beginners?
- Webhook + Meta API?
- WhatsApp Trigger node?
- Third-party (Twilio/360Dialog)?
