Google Ads for Voice Agents / AI Receptionist?

I setup a Google Ads campaign to sell my AI Voice Agent service, but not getting clients so far. I am wondering if anyone with experience in this could explain how they setup their campaign and how they convert? Keywords, conversions, any important information would be appreciated, as well as landing pages and are you driving traffic to a demo call or to a booking link ultimately?

I currently drive traffic to a demo agent call, I have been getting clicks and calls but call summary shows people aren't engaging with the agent and hanging up 20 - 50 seconds in. No booked appointments.
