Best method of customer outreach?
I make AI Receptionists for trades businesses. What is the best method of customer outreach for this business model and target audience? I setup a domain almost two weeks ago for the purposes of mass email sending. Built a n8n to send custom tailored emails to clients on a google sheet I made scraping Google Maps listings, starting with my county. Is there a more effective rendition of this? I have no desire to cold call, but is it still worth it? How about Facebook outreach or LinkedIn? Would love to hear from anyone who works AI Receptionists and/or trades. What have you found to be most effective? What was a waste of time?

@Chetan Mishra Thanks for the insight, I really don't want to do cold calls, I have begun to join releveant facebook groups and post, but no just started and no engagement so far. I wonder if I should change my niche to something that is better suited for cold email/LinkedIn DM.

Hey Flair — strong match here. I'm the founder of AI IN TEAM (aiinteam.com) and build exactly what you're describing: n8n workflows, AI voice agents, CRM integrations, and API pipelines for SMB clients. n8n is my primary stack — self-hosted, in production for my own clients — so I can hit the ground running. I've also built and deployed Harbor, a live AI voice receptionist, as a portfolio piece. Open to project-based. Sending you a DM to connect.
Google Ads for Voice Agents / AI Receptionist?
I setup a Google Ads campaign to sell my AI Voice Agent service, but not getting clients so far. I am wondering if anyone with experience in this could explain how they setup their campaign and how they convert? Keywords, conversions, any important information would be appreciated, as well as landing pages and are you driving traffic to a demo call or to a booking link ultimately? I currently drive traffic to a demo agent call, I have been getting clicks and calls but call summary shows people aren't engaging with the agent and hanging up 20 - 50 seconds in. No booked appointments.
Instagram DM Autoreply with Make + ManyChat
Has anyone setup Instagram DM autoreply with Make and ManyChat? I can't find any videos or articles or posts describing how to set this up properly. The closest I found was a video which featured n8n instead of make, so it didn't fully translate.

@Ali Khaldi I found a video on how to do this in n8n, but I don't currently use n8n, may do so if I can't figure this out in make

@Boaz Chapelle in make you can connect your manychat account, which I've done. Once that is done, an action appears in manychat that is a webhook to trigger a make scenario. In make there are manychat modules, but my attempts to use them so far have failed. I don't know if I am setting up the manychat automation incorrectly and or the make scenario

Wow, this one was a beast. Definitely more technical but Liam makes it easy. You'll use Voiceflow, Twilio, Relevance AI, Make, and Google sheets. If you don't want to download the code or Brackets app. Just go to your CMS of choice. I use WordPress, create a Page, throw up a little design, then drop your VoiceFlow Chatbot embed code in an HTML widget. You'll be able to interact with your bot. Twilio is super simple to set up and gives you $15 USD free to buy phone numbers to test. Build three is worth your time, you will learn so much about API, post and get requests, and how to think about setting up voice agents. I will be makin a video walking through what I learned in a week or so. That's the build for the week, now on to Agentive for next week. Wild day!

@Rockey Simmons I have been trying to use zapier but have had trouble setting up webhooks and zaps, do you feel make is simpler to use/ easier to integrate other apps thru make into relevance ai?
