Custom knowledge database
Hi team, in the early stage of learning AI, I have created a ChatBot from Chatbase and it’s great apart from one issue I can’t resolve. The website has a complex pricing structure so instead I have tried to simplify it and added it to the custom knowledge base. Still not working right. How should I format pricing and what file type is best? Cheers Jason
