Built my first AI agent. Now scaling acquisition is humbling me. 💜

I've spent the last few weeks going from 'how do I even get clients?' to 'why is cold outreach so brutal?' to "Why do I not even have one single person in my circle to even do warm outreach and start from my circle" (spoiler: it's both harder and more learnable than I thought).

Here's the reality: I'm a B.Tech student + founder building AI voice agents for customer support and outreach in India. I've landed my first anchor client, tested my stack (Bland AI + n8n + Claude API), and shipped some demos. But acquisition? That's the gap I'm staring at.

I'm not looking for someone to hand me clients—I'm looking to learn from people who've actually figured out how to reach decision-makers in verticals like logistics, fintech, or customer support. What works at your agency? What's your conversion rate on cold outreach? What made your first 2-3 clients actually happen?
