I’m a developer and recently launched a workout log / tracker app on both the App Store and Google Play. Building products isn’t really my problem — I can ship apps pretty fast.

What I struggle with is marketing and distribution.

In the AI era, is there actually a workflow/tool stack that people genuinely use and recommend for handling marketing semi-automatically?

What I’m looking for is something closer to:

generating TikTok / Reels style promo videos

creating decent UGC-style content

testing hooks/ads automatically

posting/scheduling content

optimizing app install campaigns

maybe even managing creatives like a growth marketer would

I tried some AI video generation tools already, but most outputs still feel low quality or require a lot of manual editing afterward.
