AI consultants: want an extra revenue stream without building anything?

Are there any AI consultants here who regularly get asked to build automations they don't have time (or the team) to deliver?

We're an AI implementation agency, and we've started partnering with consultants who prefer to focus on strategy and sales while we handle the technical side.

It's been working surprisingly well for both sides.
