My Most Underrated Resilience Win of the Year
As we inch toward the end of the year, everyone starts talking about the big highlights… the major goals… the big flashy achievements. But honestly? Some of my favourite wins - the ones that actually built my resilience - were the small, quiet ones that no one else really noticed.
The days I kept going even when I felt flat. The mornings I intentionally chose a positive thought instead of spiralling. The moments I asked for help instead of trying to convince myself I was fine.
None of these would make the highlight reel for 2025, but they mattered. They shaped me. They’re the little ‘well done, me’ moments that helped me to keep going.
So, now it’s your turn… What’s one small, underrated resilience win you’ve had this year? Something only you know took courage or effort or a bit of mental strength.
Let’s celebrate the quiet wins that actually get us through the year!
