Physician, Heal Thyself — Why Your
Welcome to a sacred corner of our community — the space where we honor the truth that your healing must come first.“Physician, heal thyself” is not a rebuke. It is an invitation.A reminder.A revelation. Anyone doing the work of ministry, caregiving, advocacy, or trauma support is often taught to be strong for others, to carry the weight, to keep going even while bleeding. But the truth is: You cannot pour from a wounded place without wounding yourself further. You cannot lead while ignoring your own pain. You cannot walk others to wholeness while bypassing your own wounds. Here in this space, we honor the courage it ok takes to: - face your trauma - acknowledge your patterns - slow down - rest - build boundaries - tell the truth about what hurts - and take responsibility for your own healing This is the work. This is the calling. This is the transformation. You do not need to be perfect to be here. Youdo not need to have your life together. You just need to be honest and willing. ✨ Reflection Questions for You 1. What part of your story is asking for attention right now? 2. Where is your body telling the truth your mind has been avoiding? 3. What healing practice do you need to return to? 4. What pattern are you ready to break with compassion? ✨ Reminder You are not healing alone. This community stands with you, not as experts judging your journey, but as travelers walking beside you. This is your space.Your breath.Your restoration.Your beginning. Welcome.
