Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. My name’s Noah. I’m 18 years old, 6'5", around 160 lbs, and currently studying kinesiology. I’ve competed in multiple provincial-level sports in Canada, and like a lot of you, I’ve spent years trying to figure out how to build real muscle without wrecking performance or health. What pushed me to start Lean Bulk Academy was frustration — not from lack of effort, but from conflicting advice. One person says eat everything, another says train like a bodybuilder, another says you’re just “genetically skinny.” I wanted answers rooted in science, not guesswork. This community exists to break down the why behind training and nutrition, and translate kinesiology and research into things you can actually apply in the gym and in daily life. You won’t find shortcuts here. You won’t find hype or fake promises. What you will find: -Clear, evidence-based explanations -Practical approaches to gaining lean mass -Honest discussion about what works and what doesn’t -A group focused on consistency, not extremes I’m learning this formally, applying it personally, and sharing it transparently. This isn’t about pretending to know everything — it’s about building muscle smarter, together. ✅ Start here 1) Introduce yourself in the Introductions section Include: -Age -Height / weight -Training background -Your main goal right now 2) Read the Getting Started post -It’ll give you the foundation we’ll build everything on. 3) Ask questions early If something doesn’t make sense, post it. That’s how this community grows. This is a long-term approach to muscle gain — one that fits alongside school, sport, and real life. If you’re here to learn, stay consistent, and put the work in, you’re in the right place. — Noah Lean Bulk Academy
