key technique in copywriting (and why you should use it)
Which one makes you imagine better?:
Example #1: I used to not know what to write about, feeling suck and want to quit it every single day... until I discovered this program...
Or this one:
Example #2: I used to wake up in the mornings, already knowing what was about to come. I turn on my laptop and sit there half asleep, staring at that blinking cursor, not knowing what to write. After a hard 5 minutes of staring at that black piece of paper, I turn on YouTube and binge-watch random videos. Quitting was more and more of a possibility rather than just a thought until I discovered this program...
Of course, example #2
It occupies more of your reader's brain
And here's the fun fact
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.
The technique used: 3M's - Make Mental Movies
It helps your readers to imagine better your past situation (maybe they are in the same situation)
Hope this helps, G's!
P.S. If you have questions, ask me. Also, don't just read this post and do nothing with it. Implement it in your copy that you are writing right now. Ask yourself "What can I make more visible to the reader so he or she can imagine better what I'm trying to tell?"
