Reframing Challenging Conversations Workshop

Paul has kindly allowed me share some details about my upcoming workshop (thank you, Paul!)
I’m running a private leadership workshop for my 1:1 clients on how to reframe challenging conversations - in a way that lets you care deeply and challenge directly.
It’s for leaders who might be holding off on having a tough conversation - telling themselves, “I’ll deal with it in the new year… when we’re rested, when the timing feels better, when we’re not all running on empty.”
