Alright fam, let’s talk metrics that actually move the needle!
👉🏽 When running ads:
- B2C? Aim for $150 ad spend per booked call. With a 30% close rate, you’re looking at $600–$1K monthly.
- B2B? Raise that to $250 per booked call and a minimum of $800–$1.5K monthly.
👉🏽 For content:
- Check your retention rate in the Edits app! If viewers bounce in under 2 seconds, your hook didn’t land. After 2 seconds? They liked the hook but didn’t feel the follow-through was valuable. Punch them with juicy pain points from line one!
- Skip Rate? Keep it under 50% the goal is under 30% when you become a beast in content.
