I actually posted this last week: The Moment I Realized Something Had To Change... Even after nearly two decades of coaching, mentoring, and investing in my own growth, I still know what it’s like to feel disconnected from my power and purpose. Years ago, that struggle consumed my life. I know what it’s like to wake up feeling unfulfilled and disconnected, as if my life was on autopilot and I was just going through the motions of my day. I would lay down at night consumed by fear, overthinking, and stressing over everything little thing that happened or might happen. I was stuck in the same draining patterns leading me to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and overcome with self-doubt. It got so bad that I found myself pretending everything was fine, even when I was falling apart inside. I realized I was putting everyone else’s needs above my own, trying to control everything, striving for perfection, comparing myself to others, and chasing external validation and approval of my worth. So, I know how painful it can be AND I also know what it’s like to be on the other side. I finally realized I wasn’t really living; I was just surviving and I was meant for so much more. Now, I live each day with clarity, confidence, connection, and conviction in who I am. I go to bed at night feeling grateful, fulfilled, and deeply aligned with my purpose. The best part is witnessing other women begin to rise in that same power. I want this kind of life for all the women I serve. It’s my greatest joy to witness women remember who they truly are... powerful, worthy, and whole. That’s why I do the work that I do. Even though there’s a part of me that thinks I’m sharing too much, my deeper truth is that I care way too much about helping women reclaim their power so they can live a life beyond limits to let that fear stop me.
