First 60 minutes — Setting the vision (together)!
We’ll walk through goal-setting using 7 areas of life, with guided reflection and conversation:
- Career & contribution
- Financial life
- Health & energy
- Relationships
- Personal growth
- Fun & quality of life
- Physical environment
I’ll share how to think about goals so they’re:
- Clear instead of vague
- Grounded instead of aspirational fluff
- Aligned with who you are now — not who you think you “should” be
You’ll do short exercises, think, write, and recalibrate. No rushing. No pressure to share yet.
Last 30 minutes — Create & share
You’ll build your vision board (physical or digital) and have the option to share what emerged — not for approval, but for visibility and momentum.
Bring with you (ideas, not requirements)
- Images, words, screenshots, or notes that pull you forward
- A notebook or paper for ideas that don’t have pictures yet
- Something to write with
- Your chosen format (physical board, Canva, notes app — all welcome)
- A quiet space and uninterrupted time
- An open mind and honest answers
That’s it.

This session works best if you show up as you are — not polished, not “figured out.
