Putting Pen to Paper: Finding What Fuels (and Drains) You
We’ve been talking about energy and values — now it’s time to see where yours really sit.
This next step is simple but powerful. It’s not about fixing anything yet; it’s about seeing your current reality on paper.
The Energy & Values Check-In Worksheet will walk you through three short parts:
1️⃣ Identifying the values that show up for you when burnout hits.
2️⃣ Mapping where those values sit across four levels of energy.
3️⃣ Reflecting on what you notice about where your focus — and your energy — are going.
That’s all I’ll say here — because this one works best when you experience it, not read about it.
Download the worksheet, take ten quiet minutes, and see what surfaces.
When you’re done, go to Activity 4 and decide if you’d like to share what stood out for you under the “Lead Without Burnout” thread, with another member, or directly with me.
This is where awareness starts turning into traction.
