Awareness and boundaries mean nothing if you can’t regulate in the moment. (much much easier said than done!!!) Breathe.
When pressure hits, your body reacts before your brain catches up — tight chest, racing thoughts, short fuse.
This week, we practice resetting instead of pushing through.
Try one of these micro resets once a day:
1️⃣ Step outside for two minutes and breathe deeper than your inbox allows.
2️⃣ Take a full sip of water and slow it down — feel it.
3️⃣ Name what’s really happening: “I’m reacting, not responding.”
4️⃣ Change your environment for one minute — move, stand, stretch.
5️⃣ End the day by writing down one moment you re-centered, even slightly.
You can’t think clearly when your nervous system is in fight-or-flight. Take a moment.
This week is about teaching your body that you’re safe enough to lead again.
