Week 2 Focus: Controlling Input Before It Becomes Pressure
This week’s focus is not on how you respond.
It is on what you allow in.
Most pressure does not come from decision-making.
It comes from:
  • too many inputs
  • unnecessary conversations
  • constant access to you
By the time you are making decisions, the volume has already been set.
High-level leadership is not just about response.
It is about controlling what reaches you in the first place.
