But Christian leadership is something deeper, simpler, and far more challenging. It is not mainly about position. It is about influence. It is not about being important. It is about being faithful. In other words, Christian leadership is not about having the loudest voice in the room. Thank goodness, or some church tea breaks would become official government departments. The truth is this: every Christian leads somewhere. You may lead from a pulpit, a kitchen, a classroom, a work meeting, a youth group, a prayer team, or your own home.
