A Christian leader should be under the control of the Holy Spirit not in control of people. There is a big difference between the shepherd heart and the shepherds staff/rod. Who we are and what we do need to be consistent with God's heart. The church is not a Limited Company where the leader is the boss, the Christian leader is one who lays his life down for the sheep. What are you thoughts? Any experiences?

What comes to mind when you hear the word leadership? For some people, it means being in charge. For others, it means standing on a stage, making big decisions, or telling people what to do. But Christian leadership is something deeper, simpler, and far more challenging. It is not mainly about position. It is about influence. It is not about being important. It is about being faithful. In other words, Christian leadership is not about having the loudest voice in the room. Thank goodness, or some church tea breaks would become official government departments. The truth is this: every Christian leads somewhere. You may lead from a pulpit, a kitchen, a classroom, a work meeting, a youth group, a prayer team, or your own home. If your life influences others towards Christ, you are leading. So in this video, we are going to answer a very important question: what is Christian leadership, and how do we begin to live it well?

Think of one leader you know....what would be one area you think they could improve on?

In these days of AI we need to guard passionately our calling to be authentic. I am often disturbed when I hear of leaders using AI to write sermons. AI does not and cannot replace the need for the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us to be His month peice in our world crying out for real authentic living. Don't take short cuts! What are your thoughts on this issue?
