Top 100 in Discovery - This is what I have learned by 4 weeks old!
Wanted to share what has been working and what has not been working to help those out there still with loads of questions.
First off, what has not been working...
  • Don't trade communities (I join yours if you join mine)
  • Don't join 100s of communities
  • Don't try to be exactly like another community (be YOU)
What has been working:
  • Be active more outside your community then inside.
  • Pick another platform to bring people here. (I had no followers in LinkedIn - more than 50% coming from LI)
  • Be active in your community and encourage people to make posts (if you see a good comment, DM them to make a post about that comment)
  • Get in like communities and engage and learn
  • Get into growth Skool communities, learn from the ones getting it done
  • Host coffee chat calls at least once a week (I am doing it 3x)
  • Host webinar(s) and talk to your community (even if one person joins)
  • Don't expect people to do YOUR courses if you are not doing the ones on Skoolers here.
  • Network with as many active members as possible. If they give no value to you, move on to another.
  • Help others in their growth.
  • Did I say be active? Well, I am saying it again!
