LinkedIn Consistency
For 11 years
I posted content “when I felt like it.”
Which meant when I was inspired.
Which meant when I had time.
Which meant basically never.
My reach stayed around 200 impressions. Flat.
I was connecting with anyone who showed up in my feed.
Random. Passive. Hoping the algorithm would do the work.
Then I made a bet on myself:
Show up every day.
Connect with intention.
Personalize every request.
Day 1: 200 impressions.
Day 7: Still quiet.
Day 14: A stranger messaged me out of nowhere.
60 days later: ~500,000 in reach.
Not because I got smarter.
Because I finally stopped waiting to feel ready.
Consistency isn’t about motivation.
It’s about being present long enough
for the right people to find you.
