Hi, I’m Ms. Ashley Volpe-Prete — an accredited Montessori school founder, principal of 16 years, internationally certified Montessori educator, and certified executive leadership & performance coach working toward PCC accreditation with the ICF.
I’ve spent my career developing leaders of all kinds: educators, families, children, and more recently, other Montessori school owners.
I founded and led a thriving Montessori elementary school for over a decade and later served as Vice Principal in a certified IB World School, where I created a Montessori–IB Kindergarten Program. While I continue to own my own elementary school, my work focuses on supporting Montessori educators and families to deepen their leadership, elevate their presence, and create environments where children thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
