So tomorrow marks the day of my new challenge. I'm going to be doing the carnivore diet for 30 days. Also between training my karate I will be adding in some more running. Unfortunately I'm going for a small operation next week so my fitness will have to dip for a couple of weeks. So I'm going to stay strict with my diet and pick up the exercise when I'm able to. I will take photos tomorrow to compare after my 30 days.
