🚨 Course Now Open: Overwhelmed Is Not the Problem
This course is officially live and open for engagement. If you feel busy but unclear, motivated but stuck, or rested yet still overwhelmed—this isn’t about capacity or effort. It’s about unmade decisions, poor prioritization, urgency, and perfectionism keeping your nervous system on overload. Inside this course, we focus on: - Closing mental loops - Deciding faster (without overthinking) - Separating urgency from importance - Building a simple decision system that reduces overwhelm before it starts This is not a motivation course. This is a clarity and decision-making reset. 👇 Start here: Comment “IN” once you’ve opened Lesson 1 and share: - One area of life where overwhelm keeps showing up

Emotion vs. Emotional State 🌱
Ever notice how you can name an emotion—but still feel stuck? That’s because emotions and emotional states aren’t the same thing. ✨ Emotions are brief reactions (anger, sadness, joy, fear). ✨ Emotional states are longer-lasting patterns in your nervous system (keyed up, shut down, calm, overwhelmed). If we try to “fix” the emotion without regulating the state underneath, the feeling often comes right back. Real change starts in the body. Try this quick reset: • Name one emotion you’re feeling • Name your current state • Do one regulating action: slow exhale, feet on the floor, unclench your jaw 💬 Reflection: Do you usually work from your thoughts first—or your nervous system?
