This week we're celebrating someone who brings culture, passion, and purpose to everything she does. ❤️ Meet @Gladys Ocasio — Lasio Educator and Beauty Industry Professional based in Orlando, Florida. Born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, Gladys brings a vibrant blend of culture and experience to the beauty industry that is impossible to replicate. She has spent the past 8 years perfecting her craft, and more importantly, using it to empower others through education. She's not just a stylist. She's a teacher, a mentor, and a voice for the community she serves. Gladys is a proud member of the Professional Beauty Advocates (PBA) and the National Latino Cosmetology Association (NLCA), two organizations that reflect exactly the kind of professional she is: someone who shows up not just for her clients, but for the industry as a whole. She is also one of our own, a Lasio Educator who carries the frizz-free movement with her into every salon, every classroom, and every conversation.
