We’re so glad you’re here! Before you dive in, take a moment to review our community guidelines. This community was built with intention; it is a space to connect, share, and grow alongside fellow stylists, educators, and clients who are all on a journey to elevate their craft and confidence. These guidelines exist to keep our community supportive, inspiring and welcoming for everyone.
WHAT THIS SPACE IS
Whether you're behind the chair or sitting in it, you belong here, and every member plays a role in making this space worth showing up to.
This is a place for:
- Real conversations about hair, business, growth and confidence
- Honest education from people who know their craft
- Authentic stylist and client connections
- Supporting the frizz-free movement together
HOW WE SHOW UP HERE
BE REAL: Show up as you are. Share the wins, the challenges, the transformations, and the questions. Authenticity and transparency are what make this space powerful.
BE GENEROUS: If you’ve learned something, pass it on. There’s room for everyone to grow here. When one of us wins, we all do.
BE RESPECTFUL: This community brings together stylists, clients, educators, and enthusiasts at every stage. Lead with kindness and treat others the way you would in your own chair.
BE CONSTRUCTIVE: Honest feedback is encouraged – negativity without purpose is not. If something needs to be said, share it with the intention of helping, improving, and moving us forward.
WHAT DOESN’T BELONG HERE
- Spam or Unsolicited Promotion: This includes excessive self-promotion outside designated spaces, affiliate links, or unsolicited DMs to other members.
- Competitor Promotion: Posts or content promoting competing products, brands, or services.
- Harmful or Offensive Behavior: Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful language of any kind.
- Misinformation: Sharing false or misleading information about hair health, products, or techniques.
- Confidential or Private Information: Sharing someone else’s personal details, client information, or private conversations without consent.
A NOTE ON SELF-PROMOTION
We want stylists to be discovered here, that’s the point. But there’s a difference between showing up as a professional and turning the feed into an ad. Share your work, your transformations, and your expertise freely. Tag your services when it’s relevant, but lead with value, build real connections, and let your work speak for itself.
THE INNER CIRCLE STANDARD
Every member of this community represents the frizz-free movement. That means showing up with professionalism, curiosity, and care, whether you're posting a transformation, asking a question, or just scrolling the feed.
We hold each other to a higher standard here. Not because we have to, but because we want to.
