Are you fully booked, nearly booked, or struggling to fill your diary?
Your pricing should reflect your demand! If you’re booked out weeks in advance, that’s a veryyyyy clear sign your prices need reviewing 😎 Being constantly busy isn’t always a flex, it might actually mean that you're undercharging! How many clients do you see per week? How far in advance do people need to book? If you raised your prices tomorrow, would people still book in? If any of these questions make you feel uncomfortable, it's a really good sign it's time to review your prices!
What service did you choose to raise the price of first?
And why did you start there? 👉 Was it your most popular service, your most time-consuming, or maybe the one with the smallest profit margin? - Did it feel like a safer place to start? - Did you already feel confident in the value of that service? - Or maybe you realised it was severely underpriced compared to the time and effort it takes? 💡 Sometimes raising the price of just one service can be the confidence boost you need to do the rest ! Comment below which one you put up first 👇 Or did you do it all in one go?
If a new lash tech asked you when they should raise their prices — what would you say?
→ Imagine you’re mentoring someone new How would you help them know it’s time to raise prices? Would you tell them to track their bookings? Their results? Or just trust their gut? (There’s no wrong answer here, let’s share your advice!)
How has your mindset around pricing changed this month?
→ Think about the way you used to view money, pricing, and charging for your time… and how you feel about it now What beliefs have shifted? What do you now believe about your worth, value, and business that you didn’t at the start of April?
