Workshop 03: Build Your First Mowing Campaign (Replay)
In this workshop I walk step‑by‑step through setting up a simple Meta campaign that actually gets mowing leads: - Which campaign type & budget to pick (and why) - How to set up targeting so you’re only hitting the right homeowners - The free first cut + mulch offers we’ve used to go from ~10 → 60+ mowing clients - The exact lead form setup (what to ask / what to skip) so you get real customers, not tire‑kickers If you’ve been putting off running ads because the tech feels confusing, watch this and follow along. By the end you’ll have everything you need to launch a basic campaign at $20–$50/day. After you watch: - Post a screenshot or draft of your campaign / ad in the comments and I’ll give you feedback. - Comment CALL if you want me to help you build your mowing offer + campaign 1:1 on a free 20‑minute 90‑Day Mowing Growth Audit.

New Account Breakdown: 10 Mowing Clients → 60+
I just posted a quick breakdown of one of the landscaping accounts I manage day to day. - Started with ~10 mowing clients - Now at 60+ mowing clients - Booked out on mulch through July/August - Projected first ~$25k month (last year was ~$2k–$3k/mo) In the video I walk through the actual account setup: - Follower growth campaign - Prospecting campaign that adds mowing clients - Hiring campaign to staff up - Free first cut offer - Mulch / bed refresh offer - Junk removal offer - Real CPL and cost per new customer math - Simple ad creative that’s working The biggest thing I want you to see: This does not have to be complicated. He’s not spending $250–$500/day. Most of this has been built with: - Simple campaigns - Simple offers - $20–$50/day budgets The free first cut campaign averaged around $15/lead. At a 20–30% close rate, he’s paying~$50–$75 to acquire a new recurring mowing client. For mowing, that’s a very fast payback. The lesson: - Don’t overcomplicate the account - Start with one solid prospecting campaign - Pick one clear offer - Target the right homeowners - Track leads → booked jobs → new customers - Improve from there If you want me to take a look at your landscaping ad account and numbers, comment BREAKDOWN below and I’ll DM you about doing a free 90‑Day Mowing Growth Audit (ad account + offer + follow-up).

Live Saturday @ 1pm EST – The 20-Client Math
Tomorrow at 1 PM Eastern, we’re going LIVE to break down the numbers behind growing a mowing route. Most landscapers know what they charge per lawn. But can you answer these questions? • What is one weekly mowing client actually worth? • How many leads do you need to add 20 clients? • How many estimates should those leads produce? • What can you afford to spend to acquire a client? • How many new clients can your route and crew actually handle? We’ll work backward from your goal and turn it into simple weekly targets you can track. I’ll also break down a few members’ real numbers live. Bring your current client count, average weekly price, available route spots, and any lead or close numbers you have. Saturday, July 18 at 1 PM Eastern. Comment I’M IN if you’ll be there—and drop your numbers below if you want me to use them during the live.
