I just wanted to pass on some information that I wish I knew before. When going to an auction please make sure that you are registered for the auction in order to bid on the property you want to purchase. I DONT RECOMMEND letting someone purchase property for you and then doing a transfer to you for the same property. Especially if an HOA is involved. This whole process for me has been a nightmare. Please heed my warning to avoid Freddy Kruger and avoid paying any additional fees. At this point Im out more money in transferring than the properties cost.
