First signed agreement!
Just wanted to share a quick win I got my first purchase agreement signed
This one taught me a lot because I had a few mistakes on the agreement at first, but the seller pointed them out, I stayed professional, corrected everything, resent it, and they signed
Big lesson: don’t panic when there’s a mistake Just own it, fix it, and keep moving
