Hey everyone — a few solid updates for you: 1️⃣ Folder Re-organization I combined the Acquisitions folder and the Negotiating & Making Offers folder into one. They really live on the same spectrum (acquiring land), so this should make learning the process feel more linear instead of bouncing between sections. 2️⃣ Francis Closing Framework (NEW) I’m really excited about this one... Francis, an absolute killer on the phone, just uploaded his full closing framework inspired by Ajay Sharma! Last week alone he put 3 deals under contract (~$65k projected profit) and had another verbal acceptance waiting on signature. The training is about 2 hours total, split into: - The First Call - The Offer Call Side Note: It is very important you listen to Francis's tone when he says his questions. If you guys are monotone, you will not close deals. Me personally, I was never amazing at closing deals, however, I have an AMAZING tone when speaking to sellers. Tone allows you to mess up more in a negotiation. Sometimes it's not a matter of what you say, but how you say it!!!!!!!!!!!! This is basically the exact structure we use internally, and this can be found under the "Acquisitions" folder! 3️⃣ Full Mail SOP Uploaded 📬The entire Mail SOP is now live. This covers: - Low-ticket vs high-ticket mailing strategies - Market research + comping (specifically for higher ticket deals) - Offer pricing - Buying as an individual vs company - Mail house services - How we use Stride for mail campaigns - KPI + calendar tracking Important: This market research process is very different from texting/cold call market selection — don’t treat them the same!
