I just wanted to take a moment to share that Rosa and I closed our first deal… really our first three deals. We purchased two lots side by side, double closed them, and also bought and sold a separate lot on a small financing contract half upfront with the remaining balance paid out over two monthly payments (set to complete at the end of May) Overall, it was a great experience. I personally attended the closing, got to meet both the buyers and the attorney, and see the properties and subdivision in person. That alone added a whole new level of understanding and confidence going forward. We ended up making about $8,200 total: - Bought the double lot for $3K → sold for $8K - Bought a single lot for $800 (all Rosa's doing lol) → sold for $4K (structured deal) Excitement is high, but more than anything, it really made it clear how much consistency and continued action matter if we want to scale this.
