Now i've been accepted to the university of Montreal and hope to couple my studies with some quality hockey. The only problem is that as a french goalie, i am having trouble to enter the system.

Hey goalies, Ive been struggling to stay consistent with stretching daily and encouraging myself to do extra and not just whats expected from people. Does anyone have anything that helped them stay encouraged and consistent when building habits like this? Anything helps! Thanks!
