🔧 Real Apprentice Situation
You arrive on site and the customer says:
“My hot water is working fine, but the heating isn’t coming on.”
What are the **first 3 things you check?**
Think about:
• Thermostat / programmer
• Motorised valve
• Circulation / pump
A lot of heating faults come down to understanding how the system should be operating before you even touch it.
