49 & Menopause - Need help getting started
Hello! I will be ordering this week from Jade Nexus. I need help getting started. I would like to start with Tirz & Slupp-332.
1) How much should I order of each
2) How much Bact. Water does each need
3) What daily schedule do I use each?
I’ve done the HCG protocol before. But that was very easy to understand & implement on my own. Any books that I can be referring to would be great too! Thank you, I’m looking forward to starting this journey of a healthier me!
