I hate working out just as much as the next person, especially Cardio, but I understand its need in order to live a long and healthy life. I used to weigh 312lbs (320 on a bad day π«£) but once I finally started to take my health serious and lock in π, I got in the gym and LOST 120lbs πͺπΎπ€ (YAY ME) Coming up with a routine was the difficult part, but once I developed a plan, it was go time! I found that cardio DOES NOT π« work for mean, AT ALL! Weight Lifting ππΎββοΈ and Body Re-compositioning was the X Factor π― Now that I'm down 120lbs, I needed something to help keep the weight off and help tone my body WITHOUT going to a gym. I started doing adult fitness classes at my studio, which has led me to develop my own fitness program called "Fit & Flow". Fit & Flow is a 30-day dance fitness program, designed for those who like to have a little fun while working out. Dancing can be just as intense as a high impact workout, and what's better than blending the two concepts together ππΎββοΈ I am on the same journey as you!
