Sometimes after listening to meditation I feel off kilter ? Like a bit dizzy and frizzy. Does anyone ever have this happen after the chakra meditation?

after listening to the meditation on meet your guides on Skool, I am having wild 😜 dreams. Below is the last. I can’t even begin to figure it out. Had another wild dream. This one I was with someone and they were selling cars and they were in this house and they were much younger than me and we needed to get somewhere and then there was this puzzle on the floor and it was in different color and then there was another girl there and then there was another woman there and this house was like old and rundown and basically trashed out and I needed to change clothes and so I’m rummaging through this old closet trying to find something decent suitable. I don’t know clean to wear and then all of a sudden I was like I need to get a hold of my ex-husband cause he’s gonna be home soon. He’s gonna wanna know where I’ve been all night. It’s like we spent the night in this weird house and it was like everything was from the 60s it was weird and then I start going through the house looking for these two men that supposed to get us home. And every door I open is to another door and then I walk out of this building and I walk into another building and I turned the corner and there’s a black bear so I walk into this building cause I don’t wanna be eaten by the black bear. So then I come out of that one and I go in this other one they’re having some kind of children’s function like like a class and there are these two kids and I said hey do you know these two strange guy that sells car and they said yeah he’s next-door. So I go next-door and it’s kind of a strange door and I go in. I still can’t find people but for some reason, I’m really scared. I think I’m scared because I can’t find a way home. I mean like totally wild. I finally woke up. That was after doing a meditation with my guides. I was wild. I’m kind of new to all this dreaming stuff and so I was just wondering if you had any ideas or point me in the direction to start putting all this together.

I've found journaling to be very insightful and healing ... often times when I start to write, I find resistance and even from where/who/when that resistance originated. If you do as well, keep writing. Through the writing we see a different perspective, and, in my experience, more compassion and forgiveness.
